Audition Info Spring 2025
Fall 2024 auditions will take place on Saturday, January 11th 10am-6pm. Keep an eye out on our Instagram for sign-up info (we do take walk-ins but we highly encourage you to schedule ahead so you have adequate time to audition)! Head over to Ryder Hall and follow the signs to the Downbeats waiting room.
How it works:
Any current college student in Boston is welcome to come out and audition for us! Auditionbeats will need to prepare a ~1 minute solo of any song that shows off your voice (a verse and a chorus usually works). After your solo, you’ll be asked to sing a few scales to test your range and complete a few pitch matching exercises.
After the Audition:
Keep an eye out for an email from us on your audition day to find out if you got a callback!
